Mango Sauce - Ice Cream Topping Recipe by Annuradha Toshniwal <br />INGREDIENTS- <br />pulp of 2 mangoes <br />1 cup water <br />1 tsp. butter <br />1 tbsp. cornflour <br />2-3 tbsp. sugar <br /><br />METHOD- <br />- Add 1 tbsp. cornflour to a cup of water. Mix well. <br />- Add 2 tbsp. sugar to a hot pan. Let it caramelise. <br />- Add cornflour water to the pan. Stir to avoid lumps. Let it boil. <br />- Once the sugar melts completely, add mango pulp. <br />- Add 1 tsp. butter. Mix well. Let it boil. <br />- Refrigerate and serve cold as an ice cream topping.
